A truly spherical planet
No skybox tricks, no edge-of-map fog. The world is one continuous sphere you can walk, sail, or watch from orbit — and pre-alpha builds already run it at 400+ FPS.
Player Made Games
An independent studio building systems-driven games — and open-sourcing the tools that hold them up.

A systems-driven survival game set on a fully spherical planet. Karma isn't a morality meter — it's ecological consent. The world tracks what you take, where you take it from, and how it answers. Two factions — the nature-aligned Ninshu and the industrial Gunners — fight over a planet that is itself a participant in the war.
"Eden is on fire.
What are you gonna do about it?"
No skybox tricks, no edge-of-map fog. The world is one continuous sphere you can walk, sail, or watch from orbit — and pre-alpha builds already run it at 400+ FPS.
Not good-vs-evil points. Harvesting, hunting, and building all feed a living ledger, and the ecosystem responds — to you, your faction, and everyone after you.
There's no ending-select screen. How it all resolves emerges from the accumulated state of the world you helped create — or destroy.
What happens when our home planet decides to evict us as a species?

Devlog
Open source
Infrastructure built for Ashes of Eden, released under the PMG namespace for anyone making games in Unity. MIT-licensed, UPM-ready, documented.
// On the bench: The ultimate tree chopping framework, a save system, and a runtime console. They'll land here once they're hardened.
The studio
Player Made Games is currently a solo venture — one engineer designing, building, and shipping everything on this page. That's a deliberate constraint: it forces systems that hold up without a team to babysit them, and tools good enough to hand to a stranger.
It won't stay that way. As Ashes of Eden and the PMG toolchain mature, the plan is to bring people onto the project — when there's something real to build on, not before. If the work here resonates, the door isn't closed. It just isn't open yet.
Careers
Nothing is posted yet — getting there is the milestone. When Ashes of Eden and the toolchain are ready to carry a team, this is where the listings will land.
